To secure an appointment, either email or WhatsApp your Virtual Voucher, no need to print it. All appointments require a 50% [non refundable] Booking Fee, no exceptions. A notice period of 24 hours is required to cancel/re-schedule in order to avoid forfeiting the Booking Fee. Cancelling/Re-Scheduling less than 12 hours will require 100% payment of the scheduled treatment/s value.
